having a blast here, with three of my closest friends. a few observations:
-they really can't tell the difference between us asians. one woman asked us if all four of us were sisters. another woman thought joyce and joy were the same person. another guy thought grace and i were the same people as joy and joyce. and little kids stare at us. i guess that's what you get for being so beautiful. ha ha
-disney world is excessive and commercialized. but fun nevertheless. my favorite is when the four of us agonized over whether/not to go on tower of terror all day long and chickened out when we reached the front of the line.
-raw oysters are gross. sam took us to lee & rick's oyster bar, this hick joint where you sit on the old peeling blue counter, slurp raw oysters, and toss the shells into the gutter before you. let's just say after forcing the second oyster down my throat, i ended up enjoying steamed alaskan snow crab while my compadres slurped down six dozen of the slimy little devils.
after three days of mgm studios, animal kingdom, and epcot, we are ready to take a break, give our feet a rest. tomorrow we will do two of my favorite activities: shop and spa.
