March 11

This day in history:

1810 - Napoleon married to Marie Louise of Austria (I personally think he should have stayed with Josephine)

1818 - Frankenstein published (I never knew Frankenstein and Napoleon were in the same generation)

1989 - Premier of Cops ("whatcha gonna do? whatcha gonna do when they come for you...bad boys, bad boys...")

1990 - Lithuania proclaims its independence

BIRTHDAYS - Antonin Scalia (1936), Rupert Murdoch (1931), Ralph Ellison (1914), Sam Donaldson (1934), Lisa Loeb (1968)

More importantly, today I'd like to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAR FRIEND MARIA, who officially enters her late-twenties. Maria is an intelligent, Godly, beautiful, and honest friend who is admired by all who know her, including myself. May God bring her another rich, blessed year.
