Because I was such a grandma on Friday night and fell asleep at 8PM watching Garden State, I woke up at 9AM (!) Saturday morning to take some pics of the fall foliage and do some scouting for our small group hike the next day. Some scenes from Blue Hills:

great pix, pauline. so sad that we missed it. :( when i left a little over a week ago, the leaves hadn't turned color. coming back from the airport on sunday, everything seemed to have changed color. it was gorgeous driving by storrow. maybe i can muster up some energy to take pictures tomorrow after my interview. missed you guys...
