My friend Shannon and I took a walk through the Arboretum on Sunday. I think I said the words "oh look how pretty!" about a million times. The flowers were beautiful, the air crisp, and the grass was greener than I've ever seen. It must be Spring! I now understand the urgency to get outdoors and soak everything in because in about a week it will be scorching.

for the time being, we'll just enjoy the beauty. fall is way too far ahead.
