Thoughts and observations after the first two days of orientation:
1) Who knew having fun could be so exhausting?
2) I am getting really good at understanding South Asian accents.
3) Cool kids still gravitate toward other cool kids.
4) Chinese fobs don't like to be spoken to in Chinese. Either they want to minimize alienation or my accent horrifies them.
5) I have a paper due in one week. Yuck.

wow, paper already?
that's funny about fobby chinese folks... i doubt that it's their accent. i guess chris did mention how no one spoke in their native language to each other at the hospital even though he knew that they were more comfortable speaking chinese.
awww! welcome to bschool!
that's right kiddo, cool kids will always hang out with cool kids. but I'll make an exception and let you hang out with me. =b
