Last night I had insomnia until 4AM and did some finance reading in bed. (I thought finance would be the appropriate medium to put me to sleep.) Just three weeks ago I would stay up to read something along the lines of Jane Austen.

How life changes quickly!

Three weeks ago I was deathly afraid to go to networking receptions, and now I jump at the chance to talk to anyone who can potentially introduce me to someone who has an uncle who went to college with someone who is hiring MBA students like me.

Three weeks ago I looked forward to working with a team of bright-eyed, high-achieving MBA students, and now I want to fire one of my teammates.

Three weeks ago I had never sat closer than the back row in class, and now I am jostling with my marketing classmates to contribute to class discussion.

Three weeks ago, DJ studied more than me and now the opposite is true.

B-school is so fun, so much work, and so invigorating.

I am so glad to be here.
