Update: To his credit Mark Jarvis responded to my email within two hours, at eleven at night. We'll see if they come through.
Update: Mark Jarvis forwarded my email to someone who forwarded my email to someone else and they've agreed to replace my laptop with a brand new one.

I found your Dell Hell saga with my mad googlefu skills, as I have been getting the same BS as you with my issues(s).
I emailed this Jarvis person, and as yet, have no reply. I was very nice and non-threatening, so who knows.
