I managed to get over my previous Dell nightmares and called Dell technical support to address my latest issues with the brand new laptop that was sent to me nine months ago: my missing backspace key, two batteries that have reached "the end of their usable lives", and a strange clicking noise coming from my hard drive.

And the joy of Dell ownership continues.
