My lunch

This is what I'm eating for lunch today.

From Brodard, in Westminster on Westminter. The best Vietnamese place I've tasted in a while. I brought four of these beauties home last night, and my husband ate one on the spot, and two for breakfast this morning, leaving me one for lunch. Welcome to my world - that's the problem when you're living with a bear. At least he's a huggable bear. (I know that will gross some of you out. ha ha!)

Anyways, some coworkers and I went to Brodard's after the last of six launch events I had to put on for this newly-released APALC report. What I learned from this experience:

-Asians and APIs are hungry for resource materials
-There is not enough API community involvement
-There are not enough API representation in elected positions

As Angry Asian Man says, we need to "keep it real with the rice fields."
