while in tahoe for the weekend for some spring skiing/riding, my brilliant friends came up with some ideas for ski resort improvements:
-service that waxes your equipment while you're on the lift
-water cooler or gatorate cooler with disposable cups on the lift
-heated lift chairs
-separate lifts for riders and skiiers
-bbq on the gondola
-computerized device that stops you when you're about to hit a tree or pole (like the ones they have on cars)
even without these improvements, the weekend was quite fun. from playing poker with puzzle pieces as chips to navigating through knee-high powder to watching 20 minutes of the most awful movie (the legend of ron burgundy), all in all a great weekend. great to see our friends from dallas tell us about engaging in rodeo and line dancing and becoming obese.

i learned how to play poker, too! Poker is pretty fun with the chips and the betting.
