On Saturday my CG ladies got together to help me celebrate my 2*th birthday. (I've decided to write "2*th" for all birthdays from now on.) I love hanging out with these women, whether it's serving together, sharing in CG, or just spending time. I know they are a big part of God's plan for me here, and I'm so blessed to have these friendships.
Since I don't like having all the attention on me, it was good to have Hershey, our resident CG kitty, as comic relief. I am now 95% dog/5% cat person, and the 5% is all reserved for this little guy, who happily took a couple seconds out of his busy remote control mouse-chasing and paper bag jumping duties to pose for our group picture.

:P What an awful thing to say!! He doesn't look at all like a rat, I should know, we had rats as pets before we had Hershey!! Very uninformed, I tell ya'. ;)

You are such a vital part of our lives, dear friend. Maybe you can say 2*th birthday for another two decades or something. :) Actually, 30's aren't so bad. I promise, no matter how dreadful I may look. :)
